Silent Storms venues merge

Due to changes in circumstances regarding venue and mentor availability, we have had to consider a restructure and realignment. With this in mind, we will be merging our Fleet and Farnborough venues.

There will be no further sessions at Fleet Town Football Club or Farnborough Football Club after Monday 18th May.

We will relaunch the merged group on Tuesday 2nd June at:

Time: 19:00–21:00
The group will then run every Tuesday thereafter.

This move marks an exciting new chapter for Silent Storms as we continue our commitment to wellbeing, mindfulness, connection, and community.

We strongly believe that environment plays a vital role in healing, reflection, and personal growth. Love Your Studio offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly aligns with our vision.

As awareness around mental health and emotional wellbeing continues to grow, we remain dedicated to creating supportive and inclusive spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and others.

Silent Storms Prison Project!

We are now working alongside NHS Inclusion to deliver peer-support-sessions within a Prison Environment.

Many men behind the walls carry heavy stories — isolation, regret, trauma and a lack of safe spaces to talk. Through simple conversation, shared experience and non-judgemental support, we’re helping create moments where they can be heard, understood and reminded they still have value.

This partnership isn’t about fixing people. It’s about connection, accountability and hope.

Because rehabilitation doesn’t start with punishment… it starts with being seen.

The Silent Storms Fleet club is moving!

The collaboration with Fleet Town FC is a perfect partnership with the football club’s commitment to supporting the local community. We believe this is another step forward to providing support in the local community and increase awareness around the support available for men and their mental health in the area.

Silent Storms sessions will commence every Thursday from 4th September onwards, at The Easy As HGV Stadium, Calthorpe Park,Crookham Road, Fleet, GU51 5FA. See our Fleet club page for more details and directions. Running on a Thursday night, this offers men in the local area multiple days per week where they can attend a session, with Monday nights running in Aldershot and Farnborough, and a Sunday walk and talk session.

Silent Storms coming soon to Farnborough FC

Silent Storms, the rapidly growing men’s peer-to-peer support network, is proud to announce the launch of a new weekly support group in partnership with Farnborough FC Community Trust. This new club, based at the Saunders Transport Community Stadium, marks an important step in bringing mental health support to more men across the Hampshire area.

Founded on the belief that talking isn’t weakness, it’s strength, Silent Storms provides free, safe, and confidential spaces for men aged 18 and over to talk, connect, and support one another through shared experience. The Farnborough group will be the latest addition to its expanding community of support circles already operating successfully in Aldershot and Fleet.

Launch Details

First Session: Monday, 11 August 2025
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Venue: The Community Hub, Saunders Transport Community Stadium, Farnborough.
Cost: Free and open to all men aged 18+, no booking required.

Weekly sessions will include informal group discussions and opportunities for weekend walk & talk meetups, offering flexibility for those who prefer quieter or more active ways of connecting.

This expansion is made possible through collaboration with Farnborough FC Community Trust (FFCCT), a registered charity that supports a wide range of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the town. Their welcoming Community Hub provides the perfect environment for Silent Storms to carry out its mission—helping men feel seen, heard, and supported.
